About The Position

This position is for an Inpatient Registered Nurse specializing in Surgery/Operating Room, specifically in Pre-operative, Post-operative, and Post-anesthesia care units (PACU). The role is based at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
Bi-annual CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

Specialty certification in area of concentration.
9th Floor Only: ACLS certification within two years of hire.
