About The Position
This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Medical-Surgical unit at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. The role involves providing inpatient care and may be eligible for a sign-on bonus. The schedule is 90% FTE, working from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
- Bi-annual CPR certification.
- ACLS certification required within one year of hire.
