About The Position
This position is for an Inpatient RN in a Medical Surgical unit. The work schedule is 60% FTE, working from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm every other weekend and every other holiday. The role is located at UW Health Swedish American Hospital.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
- Bi-annual CPR certification.
- 2 years experience in an Emergency Room setting or Psychiatric Nursing setting (for 911 Call Center Triage Only).
Nice To Haves
- Community nursing experience (for 911 Call Center Triage Only).
- Specialty certification in area of concentration.
- ACLS certification within two years of hire (for 9th Floor Only).
Responsibilities
