About The Position
This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Medical Surgical unit at UW Health Swedish American Hospital. The role involves providing patient care within the scope of nursing practice. The schedule is per diem with day shifts. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, overtime, and on-call pay.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
- Required certification for respective nursing departments.
- Bi-annual CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- Specialty certification in area of concentration.
- 9th Floor Only: ACLS certification within two years of hire.
