About The Position
This is a full-time Registered Nurse position in the Emergency Department at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital. The role involves providing direct patient care in an inpatient setting. The schedule is 90% FTE, consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week, working every other weekend with rotating holidays. The shift hours are from 3pm to 3am.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, ECRN and TNCC certifications must be obtained within the first year of employment for Emergency Department RNs.
Nice To Haves
- Specialty certification in area of concentration.
