Baylor University Medical Center (Baylor Dallas), part of Baylor Scott & White Health, is a major patient care, teaching and research center located in Dallas, Texas. Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
• RN – Registered Nurse min 1 year ED Experience
• BLS – Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)

• External candidates with a minimum of 2yr RN experience may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Practicing at the highest level in ER at a Level I Trauma Magnet Facility.
• Providing care with patient ratios of 4:1.
• Working in an 80-bed Emergency Department.
