About The Position
MedCap Health is seeking a full-time Inpatient rehab APP to join their team. Requirements
- A board-certified geriatric, family, or adult Nurse Practitioner (ANCC, ACHPN, or AANP)
- 1+ years of experience in inpatient rehab
- Prior experience in critical care or pulmonology
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality, effective management for patients with rehabilitation needs.
- Working closely with the attending physician to manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Communicating and collaborating regularly with the Director of Nursing, social worker, and other key staff to coordinate and improve patient care.
