About The Position

Longwood Specialty Physicians is seeking a per diem Hospitalist for its Milton location. The physician will also hold privileges in Milton, Needham, and Plymouth and provide high-quality, compassionate care as part of a collaborative, patient-centered team. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to clinical excellence, continuous learning, and a supportive care environment while advancing the organization's mission and values. The role is with the Department of General Medicine at Longwood Specialty Physicians, associated with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians. If applicable, the candidate will be appointed to the Harvard Medical School faculty at an academic rank commensurate with experience. Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is a 743-bed hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center and a founding member of Beth Israel Lahey Health. Longwood Specialty Physicians provides community-based care and access to the expertise, research, and education resources of its affiliated organizations. The pay range is $87–$264 per hour. Actual compensation may depend on academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. The role may also be eligible for performance-based productivity and quality incentives. Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
Possess, or be eligible to obtain, a Massachusetts medical license.
Valid DEA and MCSR registrations.
