About The Position

Longwood Specialty Physicians is seeking a full-time faculty Hospitalist based at its Milton location, with privileges at Milton, Needham, and Plymouth. The role is for a physician committed to high-quality, compassionate care and collaborative, patient-centered practice. The successful candidate will contribute to clinical excellence, continuous learning, and a supportive environment for patients and staff. If applicable, the candidate will be appointed to the Harvard Medical School faculty at an academic rank commensurate with experience.

The position's stated pay range is $182,000–$550,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including academic appointment, experience, specialty training, work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. The position may also be eligible for performance-based productivity and quality incentives.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Possess or be eligible to obtain a Massachusetts medical license.
• Valid DEA and MCSR registrations.
• Value teamwork and communicate effectively with colleagues across disciplines.
