About The Position

The Rehabilitation team evaluates and treats patients whose injuries or conditions have led to decreased physical mobility or functional independence. Services include orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological and stroke rehabilitation, balance and dizziness rehabilitation, and chronic pain management through movement. The primary objective is to help patients return to functional independence and reintegrate into community activities. This position works days, 0730–1730, and requires travel to multiple points of care. Holiday coverage is required; weekends are not scheduled.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Current, unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
• Ability to travel to multiple points of care.
• Holiday coverage is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with reduced physical mobility or functional independence.
• Provide specialized rehabilitation services, including orthopedic, neurological and stroke, balance and dizziness, and chronic pain rehabilitation.
• Support patients in returning to functional independence and community activities.
• Travel to multiple points of care.
• Provide holiday coverage.
