The primary purpose of this role is to perform the dynamic combined aspects of pest control, exclusion services, minor construction, and TAP (Thermal Acoustical Pest) insulation installation allowing you to make a significant impact in the communities we serve. This role involves working around animals, insects, and termites, in tight, confined spaces such as basements, attics, and crawl spaces. It also includes setting up and building exclusion traps, removing animals, and working from heights as needed. The job requires operating safely around mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, heights, fumes, dust, and chemicals, with training provided. Essential functions include moving up to 50 pounds, maintaining balance on various surfaces, pushing objects with sustained force, and operating safely in different weather conditions. The role involves significant movement, including sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), like an OSHA-compliant respirator, is required. Safely operating a motor vehicle and maintaining equipment cleanliness are also key responsibilities.
