About The Position

The Innovation and Strategic Insights Partner acts as a catalyst, connecting research, innovation learning, pricing strategy, strategic planning, market intelligence, and other business inputs into clear, evidence-based points of view that support decision-making across the organization. This role serves as a trusted Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Market, partnering with leaders to bridge the gap between what we know and how that knowledge should inform innovation, strategy, brand, product, channel, and growth decisions. The role draws upon content generated by key insight functions, including Marketing Research, Innovation, Pricing Strategy, Strategic Planning, and Market Analysis/Intelligence. Its primary focus is integrating, interpreting, and activating existing knowledge, rather than owning or leading individual insight projects.
