Innovation Program Manager
About The Position
The Innovation Program Coordinator will support a global internal innovation and technology program focused on stakeholder engagement, communications, onboarding, adoption, and project coordination. This highly visible role partners with business stakeholders, project teams, and hotel operations to support the successful execution of AI and technology initiatives. The role supports project planning, communication development, stakeholder engagement, onboarding, training coordination, website content maintenance, and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has exceptional written communication skills, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement, or related fields.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience creating presentations, communications, and stakeholder-facing materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting onboarding, training, or change management initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
Responsibilities
- Support project and program planning by documenting stakeholder requirements and helping translate objectives into actionable plans.
- Create and manage project plans, communication plans, timelines, status updates, and stakeholder materials.
- Draft and coordinate communications about project goals, changes, progress, timelines, and next steps.
- Develop stakeholder-facing presentations, emails, newsletters, FAQs, training content, videos, and onboarding resources.
- Coordinate onboarding for hotels and other business stakeholders adopting new technology solutions.
- Organize and support training sessions, Q&A meetings, and stakeholder adoption initiatives across regions and time zones.
- Track participation, feedback, onboarding progress, and stakeholder engagement metrics.
- Maintain and update website and portal content to keep project information current and accurate.
- Work with analysts, directors, and leadership teams to support evolving project needs.
- Research AI tools, emerging technologies, and adoption best practices, and provide recommendations to the team.
- Gather feedback and lessons learned to improve future communications, onboarding, and adoption efforts.
- Create reports and presentations summarizing project progress, stakeholder feedback, and program outcomes.
