Job Overview The Manager, VRAS LCM Projects plays a critical role in advancing value, reimbursement, access, and lifecycle management (LCM) strategies across the DePuy Synthes portfolio. This role partners closely with Marketing, Health Economics & Market Access, Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure lifecycle initiatives are strategically planned, well-governed, and effectively executed. The position offers high visibility, meaningful commercial impact, and the opportunity to influence how innovative orthopedic solutions reach patients and providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business, Marketing, Health Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 6 – 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, commercial strategy, market access, reimbursement, or lifecycle management within healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and managing complex initiatives in a matrix environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business planning skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Solid understanding of commercialization, product lifecycle management, and healthcare market dynamics.
  • English (fluent).

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) or advanced degree in a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting value, reimbursement, or access strategies in the U.S. healthcare system.
  • Background in orthopedic, surgical, or medical technology markets.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and formal project governance processes.
  • Experience working with global or regional teams across geographies.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Project management or healthcare-related certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage VRAS-related lifecycle management (LCM) projects across assigned product portfolios, ensuring alignment with commercial and marketing strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to develop and execute value and reimbursement strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Coordinate cross-functional planning, timelines, and deliverables to support launches, in-market optimization, and end-of-life activities.
  • Develop business cases, project plans, and performance metrics to track progress, risks, and outcomes of LCM initiatives.
  • Ensure projects comply with internal governance, quality, and regulatory requirements while supporting commercial objectives.
  • Analyze market, reimbursement, and competitive dynamics to inform lifecycle and access strategies.
  • Communicate project status, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
