Bechtel Corporation•Houston, TX
•$140,800 - $203,700•Hybrid

About The Position

The Innovation Enterprise Solution Deployment Manager reports directly to the Chief Innovation Officer and puts proven enterprise solutions to work across Bechtel's project backlog. In partnership with EPC functions and the five GBU Managers of Innovation, the role matches solutions to projects, removes barriers to adoption, and makes Bechtel's innovation footprint visible to leaders and customers. Success is measured by capability transferred into the business, rather than by a P&L. The role deploys proven and pilot-ready solutions across projects, develops playbooks and training, and provides field support to help teams adopt solutions with minimal disruption. It works with owning functions to establish expedited review paths and with EPC functions to incorporate proven solutions into standard procedures and work processes. The position also tracks adoption and project-level innovation spend, produces customer-facing reporting, shares results and lessons learned, and travels to GBU offices and project sites to launch deployments and support field teams.
