Injection Nurse
About The Position
This is a temporary, full-time role for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or CCMA accepted!), Registered Nurse, or Licensed Practical Nurse to play an active role in conducting new and innovative clinical trials. The position is projected to last 6-8 weeks and requires no prior research experience, only a healthcare background and enthusiasm. DelRicht Research is dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience to patients participating in clinical trials, aiming to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved. The company seeks energetic, positive, quick learners for its team, which has 33 sites across 18 states in the United States.
Requirements
- Active healthcare certification such as CMA, CCMA, RMA, RN or LPN is required
- Prior patient care experience
- Positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to prioritize exceptional patient care and contribute to a welcoming, supportive environment
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with focus and efficiency
- Ability to take ownership of responsibilities from start to finish, demonstrating accountability and reliability

Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent care and a positive experience for patients in our clinical research studies
- Guide patients through every step of their visits, including rooming, intake, vitals, ECGs, blood draws, IM injections, and progress notes
- Administer IM injections safely and accurately
- Process and ship biological samples according to study protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely patient charting, reviewing your own work for quality and precision
