We are looking for a skilled Injection Molding Process Technician to support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role is key to optimizing production, maintaining equipment, and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Good Communication Skills
  • The ability to Speak, Read and Write in English
  • Processing experience with a trouble shooting background in Plastics.
  • The ability to train and be trained to continue Growth in Field
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to lift 50 LBS
  • Ability to Stand for Long periods of time.
  • Basic Math
  • Ability to work night shift, overtime and weekends as needed.

  • Basic Blueprint reading
  • White Belt and Yellow Belt Training

Responsibilities

  • Follow and promote all safety standards ; report any concerns promptly
  • Set up molds and machines per established processes to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
  • Support mold changes, machine operation, and production needs as required
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas in line with 5S standards
  • Adjust machine settings to resolve defects while maintaining cycle time
  • Assist with material handling and training of new team members
  • Set up and fine-tune robotic part-handling systems
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Operations to resolve production issues
  • Troubleshoot and optimize molding processes using data-driven adjustments
  • Develop and refine processes to meet performance targets (KPIs)
  • Monitor schedules and proactively address production challenges
  • Support team development and provide guidance to junior staff
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and engineering to drive improvements
