We are looking for a skilled Injection Molding Process Technician to support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role is key to optimizing production, maintaining equipment, and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

Good Communication Skills
The ability to Speak, Read and Write in English
Processing experience with a trouble shooting background in Plastics.
The ability to train and be trained to continue Growth in Field
Computer literacy
Ability to lift 50 LBS
Ability to Stand for Long periods of time.
Basic Math
Ability to work night shift, overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Follow and promote all safety standards ; report any concerns promptly
Set up molds and machines per established processes to ensure quality and efficiency
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
Support mold changes, machine operation, and production needs as required
Maintain clean, organized work areas in line with 5S standards
Adjust machine settings to resolve defects while maintaining cycle time
Assist with material handling and training of new team members
Set up and fine-tune robotic part-handling systems
Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Operations to resolve production issues
Troubleshoot and optimize molding processes using data-driven adjustments
Develop and refine processes to meet performance targets (KPIs)
Monitor schedules and proactively address production challenges
Support team development and provide guidance to junior staff
Communicate effectively with leadership and engineering to drive improvements
