About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to lead daily operations within a fast-paced plastics manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing production, supporting employees, maintaining quality standards, and improving overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing and strong leadership skills in a production environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead employees in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and organizational abilities

Nice To Haves

• Injection molding or plastics experience preferred
• Experience with production scheduling and quality standards preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily molding department operations
• Lead and support production employees on shift
