About The Position

Skillforce is immediately hiring local and traveling experienced Injection Molding Maintenance Technicians to support critical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair at an automotive manufacturing plant in Tiffin, OH. This is a multi-month contract opportunity that could lead to a full-time role for local candidates or those open to relocating. We are looking for highly skilled, self-sufficient maintenance professionals with direct injection molding experience. All candidates must have hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing injection molding machines.

Requirements

• Prior experience maintaining injection molding machinery required
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Comfortable taking ownership in a transitional plant environment
• Willingness to work extended schedules and overtime

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Toshiba and Milacron machines is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate injection molding machinery
• Ensure consistent production and equipment uptime during plant transition
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on molding equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Support production needs and maintain safe operating conditions
• Operate with minimal supervision while helping sustain plant operations
• Maintain documentation related to maintenance and equipment performance
