EMUS is seeking a 2nd shift (3 pm-11:30 pm) Molding Maintenance Tech to support our fast-paced Toner Molding manufacturing operations in Lawrenceville, GA. The Molding Maintenance Tech will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and adjust equipment for Injection, Blow, and Injection/Stretch/Blow Molding lines. This includes molds, molded parts assembly lines, and equipment.

Requirements

2nd shift (3 pm-11:30 pm)
Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and adjust equipment for Injection, Blow, and Injection/Stretch/Blow Molding lines.
Maintain molds, molded parts assembly lines, and equipment.
Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
Operational tests and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
Product (tooling) changeovers.
Dismantle, adjust, repair, assemble, and rebuild equipment, electronic systems, circuitry, and computerized systems.
Routine and preventative maintenance of all molding equipment and parts assembly lines, including molds, robots, conveyors, dry toner fillers, and auxiliary and support equipment.
Maintain logs and records.
Maintain Standards of Operation and Procedures.
Maintain proper documentation of work (Work orders, PM check sheets, part usage, etc.)

Responsibilities

Performed electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in the molding and assembly processes.
Perform operational tests and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
Perform product (tooling) changeovers.
Dismantle, adjust, repair, assemble, and rebuild equipment, electronic systems, circuitry, and computerized systems.
Perform routine and preventative maintenance of all molding equipment and parts assembly lines, including molds, robots, conveyors, dry toner fillers, and auxiliary and support equipment.
Maintain logs and records used in recording, tracking, and improving equipment's overall operation, as well as maintaining Standards of Operation and Procedures.
Maintain proper documentation of work (Work orders, PM check sheets, part usage, etc.)
