EMUS is seeking a 2nd shift (3 pm-11:30 pm) Molding Maintenance Tech to support our fast-paced Toner Molding manufacturing operations in Lawrenceville, GA. The Molding Maintenance Tech will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and adjust equipment for Injection, Blow, and Injection/Stretch/Blow Molding lines. This includes molds, molded parts assembly lines, and equipment.

Requirements

  • 2nd shift (3 pm-11:30 pm)
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and adjust equipment for Injection, Blow, and Injection/Stretch/Blow Molding lines.
  • Maintain molds, molded parts assembly lines, and equipment.
  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Operational tests and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
  • Product (tooling) changeovers.
  • Dismantle, adjust, repair, assemble, and rebuild equipment, electronic systems, circuitry, and computerized systems.
  • Routine and preventative maintenance of all molding equipment and parts assembly lines, including molds, robots, conveyors, dry toner fillers, and auxiliary and support equipment.
  • Maintain logs and records.
  • Maintain Standards of Operation and Procedures.
  • Maintain proper documentation of work (Work orders, PM check sheets, part usage, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Model the "safety first" behaviors we expect of all associates by ensuring that operational procedures, equipment, and processes are designed to provide a safe work environment.
  • Performed electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in the molding and assembly processes.
  • Perform operational tests and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
  • Perform product (tooling) changeovers.
  • Dismantle, adjust, repair, assemble, and rebuild equipment, electronic systems, circuitry, and computerized systems.
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance of all molding equipment and parts assembly lines, including molds, robots, conveyors, dry toner fillers, and auxiliary and support equipment.
  • Maintain logs and records used in recording, tracking, and improving equipment's overall operation, as well as maintaining Standards of Operation and Procedures.
  • Maintain proper documentation of work (Work orders, PM check sheets, part usage, etc.)
