About The Position

nuuEnergy is a Climate-Tech start-up from Munich that is revolutionizing heat pump installations with smart end-to-end solutions, honest craftsmanship, regional teams, and reliable systems. They aim to enable customers to actively reduce emissions and save costs. The company combines start-up dynamics, pride in craftsmanship, and a sense of purpose. They are looking for an Inhouse Sales Manager to join their team and help build nuuEnergy further.

Requirements

• Takes sales seriously as a profession and craft, not as pressure or trickery.
• Communicates clearly and reliably.
• Thrives on warm leads and values good processes.
• Understands CRM, Funnel & KPIs (CRM HubSpot, Airtable, or similar).
• Enjoys closing deals.
• Wants to take responsibility.
• Background can be from energy, solar, SHK (Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning), real estate, consulting, or another sales-advisory-strong environment.

Responsibilities

• Process highly qualified, warm leads (customers come to us, no cold calling).
• Act as strong technical support, ensuring sales align with technical feasibility.
• Accompany technical planning with on-site heating installers.
• Become a trusted advisor for customers by understanding their energetic and technical situation and explaining sensible solutions.
• Guide customers through offers and serve as the point of contact for planning and technical aspects.
• Support customers rather than push them.
• Transform customer uncertainty into trust.
