Requirements

  • Structured analytical mind, oriented towards the rigor and reliability of proposed solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, particularly in critical and regulated environments.
  • Solid autonomy, combined with the ability to work in a collaborative framework.
  • Proactive approach to identify technical issues and ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • Confirmed mastery of medium and high-voltage networks, their architectures, and their operational constraints.
  • Solid experience in configuring protection relays and developing control and logic schemes.
  • Excellent ability to perform short-circuit, coordination, arc-flash, and wave quality studies with precision and rigor.
  • Advanced use of analysis software (ETAP, CYME, SKM, EasyPower) to support robust engineering decisions.
  • Ease in producing clear technical documents: plans, quotes, specifications, and calculation notes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Member of the OIQ.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in control and protection systems engineering, including coordination and selectivity, short-circuit, protection relays, control logic.
  • Experience with specialized software (ETAP, CYME, SKM, EasyPower).
  • Experience in MV/HV projects (4 kV to 315 kV) in the industrial, institutional, or public sectors.

Nice To Haves

  • Complementary experience in electrical apparatus 25kv and above.
  • Experience in specialized studies such as: arc flash, harmonics, flicker, short-circuit, coordination, etc.
