Within the Product Performance SOI team, composed of the Product Quality and Yield poles, we guarantee the conformity of SOI wafers shipped to our international clients. Located at our Bernin site, you will join a cutting-edge environment operating at the pace of 24/7 production. It is within this team that Vincent is recruiting a new Product Quality Engineer.

Requirements

• Holder of a Bac +5 degree (materials, semiconductors…) with at least 5 years of experience in a production environment, ideally in the microelectronics / aeronautics / automotive sector.
• Methodical and rigorous, but also possessing strong analytical and synthesis skills for complex technical subjects.
• Structured, with project management and coordination skills with various interfaces.
• Able to easily switch between operational emergencies and long-term activities.
• Regular communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Management of non-conformities that may arise at any stage of the manufacturing line
• Control of the risk of delivering non-conforming products
• Continuous improvement through the management of projects using recognized microelectronics methodologies (FMEA, 5Why, 8D, SPC…)
• Through incident resolution, you will be at the heart of the manufacturing line's performance and will thus be able to synthesize and transform field data into sustainable, high-impact improvement projects for our factories.
