Requirements

• Holder of a Bac+5 engineering degree, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a demanding industrial sector (microelectronics / automotive / chemistry / aeronautics).
• Good analytical and synthesis skills.
• Aptitude for technical subjects.
• Ability to structure and coordinate projects.
• Natural leadership to pilot and influence numerous stakeholders from very different sectors and hierarchical levels.
• Confirmed experience in international customer relations (Asia, US, Europe).
• Ability to adapt to a changing work pace between short-term actions and continuous improvement.
• Good level of English for regular international contact (ideally fluent C1 level).

Responsibilities

• Pilot the analysis of atypical situations on products, in conjunction with numerous internal interfaces in France and abroad (Customer Support, Engineering, Manufacturing France and Singapore, Business, Purchasing, etc.), using advanced problem-solving methodologies (8D, 6 Sigma, etc.) and risk analysis.
• Investigate by coordinating all stakeholders and propose responses to customer requests.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects (tools, processes, etc.) based on statistical analysis and ensure their implementation.
• Act as the main point of contact during customer audits, in the preparation, logistical organization, and follow-up of actions phases.
• Conduct product audits on our production lines.
