About The Position
The recruited person will participate in the management and manipulation of biological samples from patients within the framework of neuro-oncology clinical trials for the team and fundamental research projects within the Beyond BBB project, which characterizes the mechanisms and consequences of the opening of the blood-brain barrier. The work involves research at the Inserm U970 laboratory – team ‘Immunotherapy and anti-angiogenic therapy in oncology’, handling human and animal biological samples (PBMCs, serum, tumor samples, cerebrospinal fluid). Participation in neuro-oncology clinical research protocols at Hôpital Saint-Louis (APHP) under the responsibility of the Head of Department, including data collection, patient follow-up management, and sample management. The role also involves travel between different APHP sites for sample management. The position is within a research team specialized in anti-cancer immunotherapy, with regular interactions with other teams, including collaborations with the Neurosurgery and Neurology departments of Paris hospitals.

- Maîtrise de l’anglais écrit et parlé
- Stricte confidentialité vis-à-vis des patients et des protocoles

- Dynamisme
- Une expérience en recherche clinique d’au moins 1 an
- BAC + 5 dans le domaine des sciences de la vie, santé OU Master 2 / Diplôme d’ingénieur en biologie, biotechnologies, immunologie ou disciplines apparentées.
Responsibilities
- Manipulations de prélévements biologiques humains et animaux (PBMCs, sérum, échantillons tumoraux, liquide céphalo-rachidien)
- Participation aux protocoles de recherche clinique en neuro-oncologie à l’hôpital Saint-Louis (APHP) : collection des données, gestion du suivi des patients, gestion des prélévements
- Déplacements entre différents sites de l’APHP pour la gestion des prélèvements
