Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Supply Chain.
• At least one year of experience in the industry.
• Proficiency with computer tools (e.g., Excel).
• Experience with an ERP system is a plus.
• Fluent English and ability to work internationally.
• Rigor and analytical skills to quickly interpret data (APS, spreadsheets, ERP systems, business intelligence) to define strategies and action plans.
• Pragmatism and curiosity, combined with good interpersonal skills to engage with others to understand and solve problems.
• English proficiency (B2 level) required for daily collaboration with international suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sizing our 200mm and 300mm supply, integrating our supply constraints and optimizing our stock levels and carbon footprint.
• Construct supply plans with the help of interfaces and using tools (Kinaxis, Oracle, PowerBI).
• Ensure the proper execution of these plans and manage necessary adjustments after presentation and validation with management.
• Collaborate with others to understand, solve problems, and participate in collective buy-in to plans in a continuous improvement approach.
• Manage suppliers for the proper execution of plans during weekly reviews with support from supply technicians.
• Work daily on this supply chain in close collaboration with colleagues.
• Engage with various interfaces including Business Units, Purchasing, Bernin industrial operations, Engineering, R&D, and interact with suppliers in an international high-tech context.
