Requirements

• Engineer degree (materials, physics-chemistry, semiconductors, photonics, etc.).
• First successful experience in a production environment is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate, communicate, and manage changing priorities autonomously.
• Leadership, team spirit, analytical and synthesis skills are necessary to manage the activity within your scope and ensure technical liaison with teams.
• Curious personality.
• Ability to work with flexibility in a cutting-edge technical environment, meeting demanding quality criteria, with many people around you.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to production to meet equipment availability commitments.
• Industrialize new products within their life cycle, interfacing with product development and integration teams.
• Animate and develop the technical skills of the technicians in the area.
• Propose and lead improvement actions: qualification of process changes, implementation or improvement of procedures.
• Participate in the writing of specifications for new equipment, qualify them, and industrialize their operating methods.
