Requirements

Knowledge of INCA, BUDS, Polarion, or equivalent
2–5 years of experience
Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems
Experience in a manufacturing, validation, or product support environment
Experience with ALM-type tools for managing engineering requirements
Understanding of the product development process
Good organization and rigor in work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders
Member of the OIQ
Advanced level (oral and written) in French or English

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to production (diagnostics, problem solving, continuous improvement)
Perform failure analyses and lead corrective actions
Write and structure development validation/test plans
Define technical requirements (TRD) for future projects
Implement and maintain test plans as well as requirements related to the product development cycle
Ensure requirements and validation traceability throughout projects
Participate in the validation of electrical systems (test benches, prototypes, field)
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (R&D, quality, manufacturing, suppliers)
Contribute to the improvement and robustness of existing products
