Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering prescribed medications and infusion therapies.
- Monitor patient conditions and ensure a seamless care experience.
- Assess patient needs, plan and adjust care in collaboration with the Nurse Manager and clinical team.
- Educate patients about health maintenance and community support services.
- Monitor and chart patient conditions, noting changes and responding to adverse reactions.
- Administer prescribed medications and intravenous fluids, recording details accurately.
- Measure and document vital signs such as height, weight, blood pressure, and respiration.
- Collect patient samples, including blood, as needed for testing.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, adoption of healthy behaviors, and available community resources.
- Assist in coordinating smooth transitions of care across multiple settings.
- Incorporate quality indicators and patient-specific variables into care plans.
- Discharge patients following the completion of therapies.
