About The Position

The Oncology Certified RN Infusion Clinical Supervisor provides clinical, operational, and supervisory leadership for outpatient oncology and infusion services. This position oversees the daily activities of infusion nursing staff and support personnel while ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, evidence-based care to oncology and infusion patients. The supervisor serves as a clinical resource, promotes regulatory compliance, supports staff development, and collaborates with physicians, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes and service excellence.

Requirements

Minimum of two to three years of oncology infusion nursing experience
Current Registered Nurse license
Current Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN®) certification required.
Must be able to reason independently and work with minimal guidance.
Must be able to interpret data and make sound judgments based on those interpretations.
Must deal effectively with a wide variety of personalities and situations requiring tact, judgment, and poise.
Must be able to adapt to quickly changing priorities and schedules.
Must be able to maintain good working relationships with all co-workers and the general public and use good judgment in recognizing scope and authority.
