A senior level Delivery Manager supporting SCE'S Continuous Technology Modernization Simplification (CTMS) program across the Application, Infrastructure, and AI Enablement workstreams will oversee end to end planning and execution of modernization initiatives, coordinate cross functional technical and business teams, and ensure alignment with SCE’s architectural, financial, and operational objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Possesses seven to ten years of project management experience.
Strong expertise in end to end project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and governance.
Demonstrated ability to manage multi domain modernization efforts (application rationalization, cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, decommissioning, platform consolidation).
Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, product managers, and SMEs.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, capable of translating technical detail into business ready language.
Proven vendor and MSP management experience, including SOW execution and milestone based performance oversight.
Highly organized, proactive, detail oriented, and able to juggle multiple simultaneous initiatives.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, align stakeholders, and drive decision making.

Nice To Haves

Project Management certification preferred
PMP
Agile delivery credentials, such as PMI ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or Leading SAFe
Cloud certifications (Azure / AWS) helpful for evaluating and coordinating modernization and platform work.
Bachelors preferred in related field or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

Partnering with a product owner to learn customer needs, prioritizing the backlog, and reviewing user stories.
Delegating authority and fostering self-organization among team members to create added value for the project.
Solving roadblocks and issues when the team can't see a way out.
Overseeing end to end planning and execution of modernization initiatives.
Coordinating cross functional technical and business teams.
Ensuring alignment with SCE’s architectural, financial, and operational objectives.
Driving project schedules.
Facilitating due diligence and design sessions.
Managing risks and dependencies.
Reviewing and approving solution documentation.
Coordinating vendors and MSPs.
Ensuring milestones are met.
Maintaining clear communications across stakeholders.
Ensuring issues and opportunities are escalated appropriately.
Supporting business case development.
Enabling consistent governance and delivery practices across CTMS activities to keep all workstreams synchronized and moving toward execution readiness.
