About The Position

This role is for a People Ops/Payroll Project Manager III, working remotely until the end of the year with a possibility of extension. The primary focus is to lead end-to-end project coordination for LOA Fix Stage 1, which involves Lincoln integration modification and salary proration turn-off. The role requires driving cross-team alignment and delivery across Lincoln, Time Away, and EP, managing workstream dependencies, risks, and escalations, and coordinating integration testing. Additionally, the position involves preparing for and supporting the Stage 2 face-to-face workshop in October and supporting broader Spend Cluster initiatives like Project PRIDE, RSU Transformation, and WorkDay Reimagined as capacity allows. Maintaining clear status reporting and stakeholder communications is crucial.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in People Operations, Payroll, or HR Technology
  • Hands-on Workday experience (HCM, Payroll, or Absence modules)
  • Proven track record of cross-team project coordination in a large-scale enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing, leave of absence policies, and system integrations
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Lincoln Financial (or similar absence/disability management vendors)
  • Familiarity with end-to-end leave processing lifecycles
  • Experience in a tech company People Operations environment
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience with system integration testing across HR/Payroll platforms
