About The Position

Lead and drive delivery with ability of excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. Lead consulting engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes. Successfully drive all aspects of project and solution delivery while staying within budget and project timeline. Lead, manage, and coach the implementation project team. Monitor all issues that affect the team, project, or program and potential risks. Actively manage program/project’s financial, resource strategy and contingency. Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports. Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress. Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences. Proven experience of leading the deployment of Enterprise Software (ideally ITIL related) solutions in client environments. Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies. Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems. Strong technical knowledge of transformation programs including Cloud, Hosting, Network, Workplace, and Edge. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years knowledge and experience working with or implementing Cloud, Hosting, Network, Workplace and Edge
  • Minimum of 3+ years managing project budget ($300,000 minimum in US)
  • Experience managing team (minimum project size 3-5 people)
  • Experience with SaaS deployments and its supporting architecture
  • Experience with MS Project
  • Experience with Risk Management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude
  • Proven team player and team builder
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
