About The Position

Independence Pet Holdings, established in 2021, is a corporate holding company managing a diverse portfolio of pet health brands and services. The Infrastructure Project Manager will manage infrastructure project delivery for Clarus' hosted technology environment, focusing on planning, coordination, execution tracking, communication, and operational readiness across Azure, Microsoft 365, and related enterprise services. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring structure for complex, cross-functional work. The role supports Clarus, a Doubtless Pet company, and partners closely with IPH Infrastructure and managed services teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, escalate blockers, and keep stakeholders informed from intake through implementation.

Requirements

  • Proven project management and delivery coordination skills across infrastructure, cloud, workplace technology, or enterprise IT initiatives.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to coordinate across business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party providers.
  • Experience working with infrastructure, cloud, endpoint, identity, networking, security, or enterprise IT service teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a shared delivery model where execution depends on multiple teams, vendors, and owners.
  • High attention to detail and follow-through, with the ability to clarify ownership, escalate blockers, and drive timely resolution across multiple owners.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and a collaborative working style that builds trust across teams.
  • 10+ years of project management, infrastructure project coordination, IT delivery, or technology operations experience.
  • Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, reporting, and stakeholder communication for technology delivery work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Entra ID / Azure AD, and endpoint management.
  • Experience using delivery and collaboration tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure projects in an enterprise shared-services, multi-company, managed services, or matrixed technology environment.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors, managed services providers, or distributed delivery teams.
  • Experience supporting executive or service delivery reporting.
  • PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Agile, ITIL, or related certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate delivery of projects across Clarus' cloud, endpoint, identity, collaboration, networking, and security services.
  • Align priorities, dependencies, timelines, and outcomes across Clarus, IPH Infrastructure, and managed services teams.
  • Provide clear visibility into plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and status.
  • Ensure changes are planned, communicated, documented, and ready for support after implementation.
  • Manage day-to-day project coordination for assigned infrastructure initiatives supported by IPH Infrastructure and a managed services provider.
  • Partner with service delivery and infrastructure leadership to understand business priorities, manage expectations, and align project work with capacity and governance.
  • Own project intake, scope definition, planning, sequencing, execution tracking, and status reporting for assigned infrastructure initiatives.
  • Coordinate across infrastructure, cloud engineering, workplace technology, identity, security, enterprise architecture, service delivery, and vendor teams to manage dependencies across technical and operational workstreams.
  • Run recurring project meetings, working sessions, and status reviews; identify risks, blockers, and timeline impacts and escalate through the appropriate service delivery and infrastructure leadership channels.
  • Lead operational readiness activities, including cutover planning, change communication, support handoff, documentation, and post-deployment follow-up.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with IPH infrastructure standards, service management practices, security requirements, and operational governance, and contribute to continuous improvement of intake, coordination, reporting, and delivery practices.
