About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Product Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for defining and driving the strategy and roadmap for our IT infrastructure, ensuring it effectively supports teaching, learning, research, and consumer electronics needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies and experience with IT service management frameworks and agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or product management
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies (e.g., virtualization, cloud computing, networking, storage)
• Knowledge of educational technologies that support teaching and learning, and dependencies on network and compute infrastructure
• Knowledge of research technology and dependencies on network and computer infrastructure
• Knowledge of consumer electronics and dependencies on network and computer infrastructure
• Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills

Nice To Haves
