About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Product Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for defining and driving the strategy and roadmap for our IT infrastructure, ensuring it effectively supports teaching, learning, research, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance educational and research outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or product management
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies (e.g., virtualization, cloud computing, networking, storage)
• Knowledge of educational technologies that support teaching and learning, and dependencies on network and compute infrastructure
• Knowledge of research technology and dependencies on network and compute infrastructure
• Knowledge of consumer electronics and dependencies on network and compute infrastructure
• Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and agile methodologies
• PMP Certification
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred
• Experience in higher education or public sector IT environments
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware)
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation and monitoring tools
• Understanding of accessibility, sustainability, and energy efficiency in IT infrastructure
