Requirements

• Proven Product Management experience supporting infrastructure, platform, or technical service teams
• Track record of building and managing roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization frameworks
• Strong expertise with Jira in infrastructure environments
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to intake, organize, and document requirements across multiple technical teams
• Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and virtualization technologies

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on infrastructure Product Management experience in large-scale enterprise settings
• Experience with enterprise networking and platform services
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies
• Background supporting infrastructure teams in the retail industry (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the infrastructure intake process, acting as the primary point of contact for requests and prioritization
• Develop, maintain, and communicate infrastructure roadmaps and prioritized backlogs across domains such as platform services, networking, cloud, and virtualization
• Facilitate alignment among engineering, operations, business stakeholders, and security teams for transparency and execution
• Lead discovery sessions, gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements, and define project scope and dependencies
• Evaluate and prioritize infrastructure initiatives for feasibility, business impact, and strategic fit
• Coordinate portfolio activities including server provisioning, cloud modernization, networking projects, and platform service deployments
• Drive operational excellence through improved backlog governance, process optimization, and adoption of Jira and Confluence documentation standards
• Establish reporting, visibility, and capacity planning frameworks to streamline intake, planning, and delivery
