This is a professional and highly technical position responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing server infrastructure, software, hardware, and networks. The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing core server infrastructure, software, hardware, and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. Ability to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. Communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Ensure that technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. Collaborate with firewall, security, and network systems. The Infrastructure Engineer performs technical, skilled work configuring, installing, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining the server systems hardware and software and related infrastructure; providing support and management of the datacenter and virtual servers; Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, O365, Azure, backup and enterprise disk storage systems and hardware.
