About The Position

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Infrastructure Engineer. This is a full-time, contract (W2) role with a duration of 12+ months, located in Charlotte, NC, requiring 3 days hybrid on-site. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will lead and support migrations between compliance recording platforms, including platform consolidation initiatives. You will design, implement, and maintain compliance recording solutions utilizing NICE Trader Recording (NTR) and/or Verba Financial Compliance (VFC), and work with recording integrations such as Proteus, Continuity Replay, and Vodafone recording solutions. The role involves executing on premises to cloud migration projects for infrastructure and application workloads, managing application and infrastructure lifecycle activities (patching, upgrades, maintenance, health checks, decommissioning), and collaborating with various teams (infrastructure, networking, security, application) to ensure successful deployment and migration activities. You will also support build and deployment processes using release management and configuration management best practices, develop and maintain disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) solutions, perform system performance analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations, and ensure compliance with information security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Creating and maintaining technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures is also a key part of this role.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with NICE Trader Recording (NTR) and/or Verba Financial Compliance (VFC).
Experience with Proteus, Continuity Replay, or Vodafone recording integrations.
Experience migrating between recording platforms and conducting platform consolidation projects.
Experience with on premises to cloud migrations involving infrastructure and application workloads.
Understanding of build/deployment pipelines, release management, and configuration management processes.

Responsibilities
