About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a .Net Developer (Junior/Mid-Level) position. This is a contract-to-hire role with a duration of 12 months. The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home in WF Des Moines Iowa. As a .Net Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core. You will design and implement RESTful APIs, integrate front-end with backend services, and apply OOP principles and design patterns to build scalable and maintainable solutions. Additionally, you will design, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL Server databases and complex queries. The role involves using AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and code quality, writing and maintaining unit and integration tests, and implementing test automation frameworks. You will also identify and remediate security vulnerabilities using secure coding standards and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and other SDLC activities. Translating business requirements into technical designs and communicating effectively with stakeholders is also a key part of this role.

Requirements

Hands-on experience in .NET Full Stack development C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
Experience applying Object-Oriented Design principles and design patterns.
Working knowledge of SQL Server and relational database design, performance tuning, and query optimization.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as: GitHub Copilot, Devin (or similar AI coding tools)
Experience with unit testing, integration testing and test automation tools.
Experience identifying, analyzing, and remediating application security vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
