Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years of increasingly responsible administrative support experience, ideally in construction or engineering projects
  • Valid driver’s license with no major infraction

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or Bachelors degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and construction management platforms
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in supporting construction documentation, scheduling, and budget processes
  • Experience working in a human relations, accounting or project management
  • Advanced or specialized training in administrative support

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and efficient construction administrative support to project managers and certain regional activities.
  • Act as a liaison with project management, field teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Maintain and track project schedules in coordination with project managers.
  • Provide support for meetings, including agendas, preparing meeting summaries, scheduling facilitators and participants, room setup, coordinating materials, and ordering meals.
  • Support document management by maintaining SharePoint and MS Teams sites, ensuring adherence to protocols, and assisting with file uploads and sharing.
  • Assist all project staff with administrative tasks such as expense reporting, timesheets, and project documentation.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, compile data for analysis, maintain confidentiality, and assist with creating PowerPoint presentations for meetings and conferences.
