Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Cost Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
  • Data Center Experience preferable

  • Certifications (preferred): MRICS, CCP, PMP or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary lead for major client accounts or a portfolio of smaller projects, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Drive client retention, account expansion, and business development to support overall firm growth.
  • Lead client presentations, negotiations, and fee proposal development and management.
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to grow the Cost Management service offering.
  • Oversee financial performance — including revenue tracking, margin analysis, accounts receivable, and forecasting — to ensure profitability.
  • Lead cost control strategies and provide expert guidance in capital planning, procurement, commercial management, and risk mitigation.
  • Deliver value engineering and cost-saving recommendations that maintain quality and performance standards.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team through effective recruitment, mentoring, and training initiatives.
  • Lead internal QA/QC reviews, post-project evaluations, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and process efficiency.
  • Champion operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and optimizing processes to improve performance.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and act as a senior advisor, reinforcing the company’s brand reputation and leadership.
