About The Position
Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking individuals who are driven to make an impact and change how the world gets built. This role involves developing and delivering infrastructure projects, working alongside a team of project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists who combine real-world experience with digital innovation and AI. The team is transforming how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed to build for the future. The work location for this role is onsite at client sites to enable delivery and cultivate client relationships. While the role is primarily onsite, there will be some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. Accenture aims to be as flexible as possible to support specific work/life needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Construction Project Management
- Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials
- Outstanding negotiating skills
- Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Organized and detail-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Experience with hyperscale data centers (highly desirable)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field is a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare scopes, RFPs, and budgets.
- Manage payment applications.
- Administer Construction Contracts from inception to closeout.
- Oversee scheduling, sequencing, permits, and project closeout with officials.
- Manage subcontractor engagement and enforce health & safety onsite.
- Review project progress for quality and compliance with drawings/specs.
- Lead and document project meetings with Owners, Architects, and CMs.
- Report to senior leadership on cost, schedule, risk, and quality matters.
