This role is perfect for the individual who has a passion for working on administration with an eye for patching/hardening across the entire network and playing a crucial role on Benesch's infrastructure team. The Infrastructure Administrator administers, patches, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains infrastructure systems to ensure security, reliability, and performance across the firm. Working closely with the Core Infrastructure Services Manager, the infrastructure team, and cybersecurity, the IT Infrastructure Administrator helps plan, execute, and document firm-wide patching and hardening initiatives for devices that store or transmit data. Responsibilities also include hands-on support for new office and datacenter buildouts, performance and health monitoring, and assisting with the coordination, installation, and testing of wired and wireless LAN/WAN network services and related security procedures. Travel to Benesch offices and datacenters is required as needed. A commitment to excellence, self-management, continuous improvement, and automation is essential.
