Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve customer server, network, cloud, and Microsoft infrastructure.
  • Support and implement Windows Server, Hyper-V and/or VMware, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID environments.
  • Configure and troubleshoot networking, firewalls, switching, routing, VPNs, and wireless infrastructure.
  • Help manage backup, disaster recovery, security, system performance, and availability.
  • Support Microsoft technologies including Intune, Conditional Access, MFA, Azure Backup, and cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, deployments, and customer projects.
  • Work with NCI Engineers and Solutions Architects to design and implement technology solutions.
  • Clearly document work and proactively communicate with customers and internal teams.
