About The Position

Rosenboom is seeking an Information Technology Support Specialist to provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment across their manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for troubleshooting user issues, installing and maintaining technology systems, supporting Microsoft Office applications, and helping ensure employees have the tools they need to work efficiently. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically skilled, organized, and able to work independently while supporting a wide variety of technology needs.

Requirements

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, peripherals, and operating systems.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications and end-user productivity tools.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to hardware, software, and system-related issues while delivering excellent customer service to internal users. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
  • Set up and support computers, operating systems, software applications, peripherals, and related equipment to ensure reliable operation.
  • Assist employees with Microsoft Office products, document creation, templates, and general software support to maximize productivity.
  • Support help desk ticketing activities, user training, system implementations, and collaborate with the IT team on technology projects and network support needs.
