Requirements
- Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Capable of following directions, policies, and procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Maintains composure in high-pressure situations
- Exhibits a positive attitude
- Must be able to give 3 references to help verify your identity
Nice To Haves
- ComTIA certification would be an asset
Responsibilities
- Providing end-user support
- Installing and configuring hardware
- Installing and configuring software
- Troubleshooting and supporting printers
- Managing and resolving helpdesk tickets
- Maintaining inventory of spare parts and equipment
- Assisting with network support
