The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing and tracking computer and mobile device inventory, imaging and deploying inventory, and providing local and remote helpdesk support for hardware, software, and enterprise applications. This role also serves as a local IT project liaison for TTNA IT, deploying and managing hardware and software for collaboration environments, and administering Microsoft 365 applications and print servers. The specialist will maintain quality service by following organization standards and stay updated on technical knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing publications. This position contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
