About The Position

As an Information Technology Specialist, you are proficient with technology, a skilled troubleshooter, and an excellent communicator. You will service a wide variety of technological needs across the company such as physical technical equipment, information systems, networking, and employee technology training and support. Much of your work will be reactive, and you will continue to learn more about technology and adapt to new situations every day. You will also need to connect well with other employees while maintaining a high level of accuracy and expertise in your work.

Requirements

  • Background in information systems, computer science, or equivalent experience
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal employee support for all IT hardware and systems
  • Purchase, set up, and maintain computers, printers, phones, meeting room equipment, desk equipment, etc.
  • Act as an administrator for multiple company-wide systems (email, password management, design tools, phones, etc.)
  • Perform IT onboardings and offboardings and other trainings for employees as necessary
  • Train and test employees on best technology security practices
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining network infrastructure (configuring switches, running wires, setting up access points, maintaining the server rooms, etc.)
