About The Position

The Boeing Company's Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) Regulatory Engineering team is seeking a Mid-Level Information Technology Project Management Specialist to join the Enterprise Labs team. This role is based in Seattle, WA or Hazelwood, MO. The specialist will lead a cross-domain workstream within a larger enterprise program, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across Business Units, Engineering, and Information Technology.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with program management, project management, and/or business operations
  • 5+ years of experience creating and implementing project or communication plans, strategies, and tactics
  • 5+ years of experience developing risk mitigation plans
  • 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with ADO, Agile, and Lean Project Management principles and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the build out of a project plan, identify and manage risks, issues, and roadblocks, and support the team in achieving committed deliverables
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed
  • Generate and utilize an array of media, clearly convey information and ideas to individuals and groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message
  • Discover new opportunities and solutions for problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking
  • Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
  • Understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area
  • Understand the inter-relationships between components of systems and plans, anticipate future events, and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance
